Shipping costs continue to rise and changes must be made. We find we must change our shipping policy and add actual shipping (in the past shipping was included in the price). Shipping will be based on the weight of items ordered. With that in mind all items on the price list have a shipping weight. We have lowered all our prices so the difference in final cost to you will be very little.
The charts below will help you compute the shipping or you can still order by phone and we will give you the total cost. We hope to continue supplying you with your weaving needs for the future.

PLEASE NOTE: We ship UPS and our shipping prices reflect those costs. If you want your products shipping via U.S. mail, the cost will be higher and adjusted accordingly. Please give us a physical (street) address for UPS as they will not deliver to a P.O. box. Giving a P.O. box means that we will send via U.S. mail and charge you more shipping than quoted in charts.
ALSO NOTE: Leaving off part of address (example;. apt no) will make for an address correction at UPS terminal. UPS will then charge us $8.00 for this correction and we will pass that charge onto you, so please be sure to give complete address. Thank you.
SHIPPING TO AK AND HI AND CANADA IS NOT AS QUOTED ON CHARTS BUT WILL BE ACTUAL U.S. MAIL AMOUNTS.

RETURN POLICY:
Please note that we do take returns for the first 30 days, but all returns must be authorized by us prior to return (CALL 1-800-370-7235) There is no return on weaving equipment (cutters, spool racks, tension boxes, etc.) used in warping your loom or on looms. We will only pay return shipping if return is due to our mistake or flaw in item.
Refunds will be given on item cost only, not on shipping cost. Returned items might have a restocking fee subtracted from refund.
